Why Should You Be Admin? - I enjoy the sandbox server a lot, I have a lot of time on it (around 3.5 days, 86 hours last time I checked ) and over 150 hours on gmod. I am very active almost everyday and log onto the sandbox server at least 2 times a day for over an hour each time. And almost every time I find at least 3 people breaking rules such as: Saying slurs, prop pushing and prop blocking. I enjoy the server a lot and its annoying to find these types of people playing almost every day.
Timezone & Availability - gmt-4. I am most active between 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Why Should You Be Admin Or Mod? - I find many people breaking rules and find it very annoying when no staff are on to do anything about it, and I am very active and already staff for the darkrp server. (you can see the longer reason as to why I should be staff if you scroll up a bit more)
